This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
3. Server log files
When you visit the pages, the web server processes technically necessary data (for example IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website). The data is stored temporarily and deleted after a short time.
4. Contact form, appointment request and registration
If you use the contact form, the appointment request or the registration, I process the details you enter (for example name, email, phone, preferred date, due date, type of insurance statutory or private, and your message) in order to answer your enquiry and arrange appointments. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent.
Please do not enter any health data or insurance number in the forms. We will discuss these in person.
The forms are sent to me by email. I store enquiries only for as long as necessary for processing and as statutory retention obligations require (up to 10 years).

If you contact me by email or phone, I process your details in order to handle your enquiry. Please note that emails without additional encryption are not confidential.
6. Fonts, cookies, analytics
The fonts used are loaded locally from this server. No data is transmitted to font providers. This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics purposes and does not use tracking.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact the address given above.
